Filipino culture

Filipinos have a much different culture then what we do here in the United States. Here in the United States from a young child always have their own bed if it may be a bassinet, crib, or a small bed in their own room. Growing up the children and adults have a place to have their own space at some time. We live in a society where people can afford a larger house that may have two, three or four bedrooms and some times more. And most people here in the US can afford to have vehicles and maintain them and put gas in.

Our society today here in the US is not like it was 50 years ago. Continue reading

Looking a wife in the Philippines

visa proThere are many men all over the world that look for lifetime partners. And they look and just about every country in the world. Many other entries like South America, Russia, Germany, and most of your European countries have divorce rates higher then the United States. This is something that personally would not be looking for. I’ve been married to American women that can’t hold commitment in a relationship very well at all.

The United States has made it so easy for people to get a divorce that you don’t even have to have a reason to do so Continue reading

What an email!

He asked a lot of questions, that is for sure, but all very good ones at that.

I will not use his real name so we will call him David. David did not do his taxes for the 4 years he was living in the Philippines and did not file for 5 to 6 years before going to the Philippines.

I am shocked at the passport people. David did not file his taxes for at least 5 years prior to getting a passport. Passports are only good for 10 years so David would have had to get a new Continue reading

How to watch out for scams and how to get a good Filipina

visa prepare Some thing to watch out for is if there is a Filipina that is married and wants to chat with you to get to know you.  You must remember that their is NO divorce in the Philippines and you can not get a fiancée visa for them.  So it can very well be a scam it is a scam that is used there from time to time.  How it works is they will talk with you for some time and then ask for some money it may be just 50 dollars to start with then get to be more.  Or it can be a 100 or 200 dollars Continue reading

Why so many men go to the Philippines to look for a wife?

Why do so many men go to the Philippines to look a life time partner?  I will tell a little about my story.  Why did I go to the Philippines to look a life time partner?  I got a divorced in 2000 from a lady I was married to for 13 year.  I was not taking this will because I add lost just about ever thing I worked for in my life.  I went until 2005 just not liking women much at all. To me they seemed they didn’t take commitment very serious.  I did look in the US to see what there is out there for good women.  I knew that looking in the Bars I would only find women like I had for 13 year I knew I didn’t want that.  I looked in my church Continue reading
