Why is it so important to a Filipina to get married in the Philippines? It is mostly to do with the culture, their culture they have been raised from a child to believe that you must be married before living with someone. So most Filipinas will insist on getting married in the Philippines before they will move to another country with anyone.

Some Filipinas will go to the United States or other countries before their marriage but when they get there they insist on getting married immediately. Why is this? Is mostly to do with the culture. If they’re living with a man not married it shows disrespect to their family this is one thing that a Filipina would not allow.

So to show respect to her family and friends most Filipinas will insist on getting married in the Philippines before they go to another country with you. In the Filipino culture they had been taught very severely it is very important that they stay a virgin until after they are married.

In most cases if they do not stay a virgin it will put severe stress on that Filipina. She’ll be treated as an outcast from her family and friends either be treated as a war. In some cases even has gone as far as not let them live in the same household. This makes it very hard for the Filipina to survive in the Philippines.

There are cases there in the Philippines that a Filipina gets involved with the Filipino and have sex with them and some time get pregnant. In these cases the Filipino men would not marry a Filipina because they think if she will have sex with him before they are married she will have sex with someone else.

Anyone can make a mistake in this way the men sometimes will say things to manipulate them to get their way. Then they are stuck by their self with a child and in a lot of cases the family will not allow her to live in their household. So now she has to find her own place to live and means to support this child that makes it very hard for her.

In some cases the family is forgiving enough to allow her to live there in the house with them and help her out. But that is not always the case.

So if you meet a Filipina and she insists on getting married in the Philippines you may have to do so before bringing her to the US. It is not all bad having a wedding in the Philippines is much less expensive than what it would be here in the US. If they wanted fairly big wedding you can get by for about $1500-$2000 American money. This is pretty reasonable and includes buying the wedding dress, the cake, the meal afterwards, and even have a dance.

Getting her over to the United States after your married is not hard it will take a little longer than a fiancée visa. I’ll be talking about the K-3 Marriage visa in articles to come.

Get all the paperwork that you will need to marry in the Philippines is not hard. If you have been divorced or widowed you need to bring a divorce degree showing when divorce was finalized or death certificate.

Then while you are flying into Manila Philippines where you enter the country you can get a taxi through the airport there is a separate office that you can get a taxi is very safe because they have to be certified to the airport to pick up passengers. Do not get in a taxi if the driver comes up to you at the airport and wants you in his taxi. Get a taxi through the airport only.

Then take a taxi ride to the United States Embassy and then you need to go inside and asked the people at the desk for a Clarence to get married in the Philippines. They will ask you some questions and for your divorced agrees. And then they will give you a Clarence. Clarence may take a few days to get so if you leave them an address of your fiancé you can have them send the papers there for you. You will need this Clarence before you can get a marriage license to be married in the Philippines. You can also call the United States Embassy in Manila Philippines and ask them what you need to do to get a Clarence for marriage in the Philippines. They will have you send the documents that you will need to get this. Then you can either pick it up at the embassy or have them send it to you.

You’ll also have the go to some classes through the Filipino government about marriage this is mandatory. These classes would take about two days to complete. Then they will submit you a marriage license.

Whole time this process takes you may plan on staying in the Philippines for about 30 days. This is not hard when you come into the Philippines you will get automatically a 21 day visa stamped into your passport. You can also get any added 59 day visa allowing you to stay longer for about $60 American money. You go up to the immigration booth to process everything and when you come into the country you can ask them their for the extension on your visa. I have had immigration officers asked me how long I would like to stay and sell me the extra visa right there. Or there might be immigration officer walk around the airport that you can buy this through also.

Or you can apply for a longer visa from the Filipino consulates here in the US. You can find them on the Internet and also the applications for the visa. Doing it this way does not take too long it may get your visa in about two weeks. They will have the form on their website and all the instructions you will need before sending it off. When the visa is ready they will send it back to you. And you are free to go to the Philippines but remember you do not need to get this ahead of time if you do not want to you will get one automatically for 21 days when you enter the Philippines. Too extended just find an immigration office in one of the larger cities and go in and asked them for a 59 day extension on your visa. It will cost you about $60 and you should get it within two hours.

Just remember you have to have your passport from the US or what other country you are from before you can go to the Philippines

Have fun take a lot of pictures and enjoy yourself.

Comments and questions are welcome

Another year as past it is Christmas time again time went by fast. I would like to wish all my readers of this website a very Merry Christmas and I hope everybody has a happy new year. Due to the economy away it is at the moment some of us are finding the holidays much harder than they were in the past.

I’d like to thank the readers of this website for all their dedication to coming back and to working with me about not putting on new articles in the last few months. I have gotten better now last few months with the doctrine and the time I’ve spent in the hospitals. I will now be writing more articles and training to get on top of my website. I could dedicate more time to it.

Thank you very much the visa guy.

As most of my readers know and understand by reading my articles that Filipinos spent a lot of time in groups. This last Saturday we had Filipino Christmas party for the group of Filipinos around our area. They had a pretty good turnout and a lot of food like always a lot of games for the kids.

If you are bringing your fiancé to the US from the Philippines must remember that your fiancé or wife would be most comfortable if you can find local Filipinos that are close to the same area in your fiancé or wife is from in the Philippines. This will help her get along here in the United States and the other Filipinos will help her along.

Parties like a Christmas party, a birthday parties, New Year’s parties or just to get together in the park is all things to Filipinos take very seriously. Gives them their time to associate with others from their same area and they get away from the hustle and bustle of life in the United States.

They also spend hours in the kitchen getting ready for the parties making plenty of food to bringing dishes of the type of foods that the Filipinos culture is about. I do have two admit I enjoy it as much as they do and enjoy most of the foods. Most of Filipinos are very good cooks and make some very good dishes. So if you go to some of these parties with your wife or fiancé enjoy yourself and talk with the other men that are married to the Filipinos also get to know them.

They had these parties is very much about the children also have tips of activities for the children to do if it might be playing games break in a piñata or just play in the park with the other children. This something the children look forward to as much as everyone else.

Everyone have a Merry Christmas and a happy new year from the visa guy

Searching for your soul mate on the Internet if it may be in match sites, dating sites, chat rooms or even singles clubs.

There are many different scams on the Internet these days and even communicating by mail. You have to watch out for many of these so you don’t get scammed. And there is always new ones coming up on Internet all the time.

It is a scam is commonly used by women on the Internet or what you think may be a woman. It works like this: the woman will send you an e-mail introducing her self and being very friendly communicate with you for just a few weeks. Then they will convince you that this relationship is getting serious. Then they will ask you if you are interested in meeting them in person. Then she will tell you that she can get a visa to come to the United States to meet you. They may talk sexy to you or say just about anything you want to hear to try to get you convinced of this. They will tell you that they can get a visa that well last 2 weeks and it will take one month to get it and it well cost X. amount of dollars and that they will have to have extra X. amount of dollars on them to prove they have money to get back to their country. And when you send them the money and they receive it you will never hear from them again. There’s been many a man has been taken or thousands of dollars in this type of scam.

You could not get a visa to the United States in just a couple of weeks this type of visa is called a visitor’s visa. Immigration only puts out so many visitor visas a year you may stand in line for his high as 10 years to get one of these.

Sometimes if you’re a college student and are engaged to US citizen but are not getting married until you finish college you can get a one time visitor’s visa to enter the country and you have three months. The US embassy in that country may approve this type of visa knowing that she will return to finish her college. They grant these visas not too often but you also have to have a letter from your fiancé here in the US to get this and you also have to had met in person in their country. They may grant it and they may not grant it they can convince the embassy that they will return to finish college they may get it. I have heard of this happening in the past. After the three months you have to return back to your country. To get this type of visa you have to have great good evidence that you return back to your country if you’re in college and have two years or more to finish your schooling you have very good chance to get this visa. If you’re coming to the United States to see someone you would also have to have a letter from that person stating that you will be staying there and visiting them for the amount of time you are in the US.

You do have to remember that this is no guarantee that you will get the visa most people trying to get a visa to visit the United States and to visit relatives here can wait as high as 10 years to get this visa. So don’t be caught up into the scam of this type of visa.

The only other visa that you can get that is faster is a fiancée visa and the person that is a US citizen is the one that has to apply for this type of visa for his fiancée. You do have to meet this person in their country before applying for this visa and have proof that you were there. Don’t become a victim and fall for this type of scam. What they tried to convince you of get this visa just does not work that way.

These scams are known throughout the world, in the Philippines scams are sometimes used but not very often but you still have to watch out for them. Most ladies in the Philippines are very serious about finding a lifetime partner from other countries.

The next scam is you been communicating with a lady for some time and then she will say that there has been a medical emergency in her family. And that a family member is in the hospital and they need money to help pay this bill. Sometimes in the Philippines this does happen that is not a scam but to protect your self from this is very simple.

You need to ask the lady that you are communicating with what city this hospital is in, the name of the hospital and the name of the person that is admitted into the hospital. When you get this information you could look the hospital on the Internet and get the phone number for this hospital. You can get an inexpensive phone card that you can call overseas with. Then you need to call the hospital and ask for billing or admissions and ask if this person has been admitted to the hospital. If this person has been admitted to the hospital you need to ask them how long they have been there and how much is your bill at this time.

If that person has not been admitted to that hospital and don’t send money because it is a scam. Or if they will not give you that information they are just trying to scam you out of some money and I may not be worth continuing this communications between you and her.

Although it is quite common this happen in the Philippines and it is true, the Philippines is a very poor country and if somebody is admitted in the hospital they do not release them until the bill is paid. In some cases they will not even admit that person into the hospital until they have an X. amount of dollars. So they will go to all relatives and a family member to try to get enough money to pay this bill to gets his family member out or some times in to the hospital. And if you happen to be communicating with this lady and if they can’t find the money through family members she may ask you for a polite way and honestly. You still need to check this out in the way that I described to you above.

Next scam that is used frequently in all countries is what we call the college scam. Whey communicating with you for quite some time to gain your trust to get you interested in them. And all through your communications and will be telling you about their going to college and how expensive it is very hard to afford. Later on in the communication even have them for several months or even a year and they will start asking you for money to help pay for their college. They will go to extremes to even show you pictures of colleges and classes schedules that is on paper and I have heard in some cases where they even have you call them while they’re in school on her cell phone and you can hear the teacher talking. This is usually a recording that they play back over the phone they don’t talk to you because they pretend that they are in class. If you stop and think about it most colleges doesn’t matter what country they are in don’t allow cell phones in the classrooms that will lat students accept call.

If you think it might be true if she is going to college and you need to ask her for the name of the college what city it is in and the college address.

Then you need to get on the Internet and find the college in that city and the phone number and call to administration and see if this lady is enrolled and attending college there. And if she is then you can make your own choice.

Just remember I stressed very strongly to everyone do not send money to not send money. After you go there and meet this lady in person and if you feel that you need to help support her tight you can get her visa to the United States. Then you can set up a monthly allowance for her and she is living with her family $100 a month will go a long ways for them there. You may have other expenses when she gets ready to go to the embassy you know that you will have to pay. With a medical exam before the embassy and the cost center to the embassy and a little spending money would not be over $500 including airfare if she does not live on the same island where the embassy is. She lives on the same island as were the embassy is you can get by with about $300 that it also includes a fee to the embassy.

Do not forget there is no divorce and the Philippines at this point or time. So communicating with someone that is married is just a waste of time if you plan to bring them to the US with no divorce law it is impossible to get them here. If they have an annulment of their marriage through this Filipino government that is okay then you can get them here to the US.

It’s been no one or married women over there to scam men for money whether communicating with them while some do know they cannot get here to the US if you have a marriage license in the Philippines. So they are there just to scam you for what they can I recommend very strongly that they communicate with them.

I have had men contact through e-mail and asked me several questions about the ladies are communicating with the same type things. They keep asking them for money and different reasons why. As many men out there that get scammed every day over the same type scams just remember be aware do not send money.

In some cases like the Philippines the lady is not working and has a hard time communicating with you she may have to use Internet café and is expensive she may not have the money to do so and she may ask you. If she does ask for money to communicate with you it is okay to send a little but no more than $25 a month. That money will go a long ways in communicating through an Internet café.

Some people may not understand what an Internet café is most people in poor countries like the Philippines are mostly Third World countries cannot afford computers or computer connections. So there is a place in their city that is what we call an Internet café it is a room with a few computers in a little cubicles for privacy and you have to put in so many pesos per minute to be able to use the computer. This is what a lot of ladies and men use in these countries to communicate with people in other countries.

Keep your communications clean and watch for the scams but have fun. It is always enjoyable to communicate and to get to know someone from another country. It is very easy to get connected with these people and even to fall in love with them on the Internet. Be sure when you chat with them that you can see them on a web cam if they refuse to use an Internet cam or always come up with an excuse it may not be worth communicating with them.

Some men communicate through letters when you communicate through letters be sure you have them send you pictures of her, family, the area she lives around, something in the city with the name of the city on, pictures of friends relatives, transportation that they pay a fee to, and most important ask a lot of questions about their family how they live about her mother and father siblings, these are all questions that could indicate if they are trying to scam you. If they hesitate on answering these questions and don’t want to talk about it and don’t want to send you the pictures they may say they can’t afford a camera. If that is the case go to Wal-Mart buying inexpensive camera and get their address and send it to them. Then have them send the camera back and have the pictures developed in the US.

Questions and comments are welcome

When you get a fiancée visa it just does not end there you have to file for a two-year residency card.

If you fiancée comes here and do not get married in those three months she will have to return back to her country doesn’t matter if it’s the Philippines or what other country that is all the same. And if that person does not go back they are here illegally and can be deported.

If your fiancée/wife has brought children over to the United States with her it is very important to file their papers with her two-year green card at the same time as your fiancée/wife does. If child is over the age of 18 or is close to 21 years of age you must have these papers filed before the child is 21 or that child will have to return back to the country they are from.

To get your fiancée that should be your wife now a two-year residency card you’ll have to file these forms I will have a list of forms and documents you have to file

G-325A Biographic Information

I-864 Affidavit of Support

I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

I-693 Medical Examination of Alien Seeking Adjustment of Status

As for medical you do not need to fill out, you will have to take your fiancé/ wife to a certified doctor that does medical examinations for the immigration. Your local family doctor cannot do these. And all clinics do not have a doctor that certified to do this you will have to contact USCIS customer service and information at1-800-375-5283 they can give you a list of doctors in your area. You can download these forms at USCIS.gov. and look for forms and you can download all these forms and take the I-693 form with you to medical examination. You must have to have this examination done before filing these papers.

With these forms you have to put other documents with them:

Certified copy of your marriage license

Three years tax returns

Copies of all pages on her passport

Copy of her birth certificate

Copy of her NSO

Copy of her I-94 this is a small white card is attached to her visa in her passport that immigration officer at the airport where she enters the country will sign do not send the original card of this with these documents. You will need that later.

Two passport pictures of your wife signed on the back with a black felt pin and her A# off her visa. This A# is located in the bottom left corner of her visa in her passport

If there is children came over here to the US with your fiancée/wife you must get their two-year residency card also. To do this you file the same forms at the same time with your wife’s. If you do not file this at the same time for the children you will have problems filing that later it will give you a lot of red tape. Regardless of the cost you must file at the same time for the children as you do for the mother.

The filing fee for all these documents for her two-year residency card is 1,070 dollars.

These are the forms that are required for her to stay in this country with you. There are other forms that you can submit with this if you think it is necessary but they each cost extra. I will have a list of the other forms that you can file and what they are for.

I-131 Application for travel Document

When you file for your wife’s two-year residency card it will take eight months to one year before she will get this and the only documents that she will have to show that she is here legally is her passport. On her passport there will be a number in there that we call A# that is to track that person until they become a US citizen. So while you’re waiting for this card that person must carry their passport with them at all times. There will be other documents that you will get after applying that she must carry with her also.

If she has to leave the country when she is waiting for her two-year green card this document of travel will allow her to get back into the United States. You don’t have to have this document if you do not think that she will have to leave the United States to go back to her country for an emergency. Then you will not need this document. This document will cost you extra the price of this document is $360.

If you fiancé/wife would like to work before she gets her two-year green card and you will have to file this form.

I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

This also cost extra to file for the price of this $380.

I don’t recommend getting this because of the fact it will slow your wife’s two-year residency card/Green card for eight months. She will have to wait eight months longer to get this card so I don’t recommend getting. Unless you want her to work then you will have to have.

When you submit these papers and immigration receives them you will get a 797 notice whenever you get any of these notices you must keep them. When you file these papers make sure you put 797 notice that her visa has been proved to come to the United States in with these forms do not put the original always make a copy.

Comments and questions are welcome

As many foreigner goes to the Philippines for the first time do funny things. These things will not get you in trouble it is just a little funny and everybody laughs it off. Just remember when you go to the Philippines is not your country so respected it like you would like them to respect yours. Americans as foreigners in the Philippines are called kano as their term for Americans.

There in the Philippines they have many different type taxis is on like taxis in our cars, taxis like a small bus that they call V’s hire, they have what they call scooter taxis that is a small scooter usually like a 125 Honda, Yamaha, something like that with a sidecar on the side is many different sizes. Have to remember that most of the people that live in the Philippines are quite a bit smaller than the Americans. And they also have taxis that are a bicycle with a small sidecar for two people maybe a few bags if they are small.

When I first went to the Philippines to meet the lady that is my wife now we would go to an island about 15 minute pump boat ride from San Carlos city where my wife is from. One morning we set out and did the 15 minute pump boat ride to the island. There is a man from Germany is married too a Filipina they have a resort on this island. I don’t remember the name of the island would have to ask my wife.

We get over to the island and we have to pick a taxi to take us up to the resort. There isn’t a lot of transportation on this small island bicycle taxis and scooter taxis. That morning when we got there the only thing that was left available was a bicycle taxi. The man operating was a young man this ride up hill all the way to the resort this poor guy peddled his heart out in the hot climate, my wife was probably 110 pounds and I was 180. This is quite a bit of weight to be peddling on a bicycle with most people when you come to Hills we would have to get out and help push them uphill this young man he peddled us all the way up there and it’s quite far and by the time he got there he was really wore out And he did this for five pesos apiece I felt sorry for him so I gave him a good tip.

Friend of mine was over and the Philippines in the city of Cebu this man is probably over 200 pounds probably 6’1’’. He couldn’t sit in the front with his fiancée in the scooter taxi he was getting in the back when he stepped on the back of the scooter taxi lifted it in the air and the driver was telling him to get off. You have to remember scooter taxis not built with American in mined. After learning how to load a scooter taxi properly to distribute the weight so don’t lift in the air my friend got along very will. He would sit in the front and his fiancée would sit in the back and the driver was much happier. Trip like this you will have memories and you can reflect on it later and laugh about it.

Scooter taxis are much different in their price than what a regular taxi car would be. Scooter taxis usually 5 to 10 pesos per person to wherever you would like to go. Which a car taxi has a meter in it. You have to remember when you get into a car taxi that look to see if the meter is on. If they do not turn the meter on then tell them to turn the meter on if they refuse to tell them to stop the car and get out. They will charge you 10 times than what it would be by the meter. There is a man that lives in the Philippines he came back from an air plane trip from somewhere and took a taxi back to his house. He was not paying attention when he first got in and he noticed later that the man didn’t turn the meter on. According to the transportation laws in the Philippines they do not turn the meter on they cannot charge you. So when this man got home the driver got his bags out he picked up his bags and started walking to the house and the driver said hey you own me for the fair and want to charge him 500 pesos which the normal fee for that right is 250 pesos. The man kept walking and his wife come out and told the taxi cab driver that the laws says if you don’t turn your meter on we don’t have to pay you. Taxicab driver wanted to call the police his wife said go ahead and she handed him a paper with the laws underlined. Finally they came to an agreement for the price which was reasonable and they padded. Things like this you can laugh can be quite funny at the time. I would like to seen the expression on that drivers face when this guy was walking away with his suitcases in his hand and not replying to him. It would have been worth the taxi fare just to see the commotion.

You have to remember the hand gestures watch the type of hand gestures that you do in the Philippines or any other foreign country because it may not mean the same thing as what they do here in the US. And they also do hand gestures that is nothing bad but if you did the same thing here might get you in an argument with someone.

When I was over to the Philippines the second time I was there for over three weeks. So I bought a scooter and little Honda 100. For transportation while I was there in the Philippines unlike the US are very inexpensive. This way we have the scooter there to ride whenever we go back. Now I’m pretty familiar with the bigger motorcycles here in the US used to have a Harley-Davidson Electra glide. I have road my electric glide many miles. Driving in the Philippines is much different than our driving here you may say there’s not much for rules or laws they do have is just gestures. Most of the time they don’t stop for stop signs win they turn and will turn out in front of anybody and even if there is a police officer directing traffic in an intersection they still do what they would like.

Now I found out if the horn don’t works on your scooter or car you do not use it you are fighting a very big uphill battle. And you’re going to go around somebody you need to sound your horn if you don’t they will turn right in front of you. After going on a practice ride or two with my brother-in-law on the back I finally got the hang of things and I was pretty good to go. I rode around the city where my wife lives by myself quite often.

If you are over to the Philippines the first time to meet a lady don’t be surprised if she will not let you go anywhere without someone being with you. You may think that it is to protect you which in their mind it may be that. Once you have been there a while you’ll see why they have someone with you at all times. If it may be a brother cousin or herself you will not be on the streets by yourself. In the hotel guests they let you be by yourself or not always. When I first went to the Philippines to meet my wife for the first time she would even have her brother sleep in the same room at the hotel. I rented a room with two beds I thought that was quite odd until I got to experience what other do their. It’s not too protecting you from bad people so much. I will have to let the American and foreigner man to experience this for him self and then comment to me on my blog in this article what they think of that.

And any American or foreigner that goes to the Philippines can have a very good time and a lot of fun so enjoy yourself and take all the sites you can then spend as much time with the lady that you are there to meeting to get to know her much better.

Have a very good day the visa guy

In the past articles I have talked about all the forms and documents that you have with the forms for the K-1 fiancée visa for the immigration in the US. Forms have all been sent to immigration and have their approval and you have gotten your 797 notice, stating that paperwork has all been approved and it will be moved on to St. Louis Missouri further signature and sent on to Manila Philippines. When the embassy received the paperwork they will send you a797 notice stating that they have received an application or visas or the name of your fiancé and that you will have to call the embassy and make an appointment For her interview and physical.: To call the embassy is no problem they have United States 800 number but you’ll have to pay a fee to talk to the embassy. You pay the fee with a credit card and someone will come on and talk with you. One that answers the phone will ask what they can do for you need to reply I have to make an appointment or my fiancé for her physical and interview will ask you for your case number which will be on the 797 notice you give that to them they will make the appointment for you and you will have to pay $150 fee for the physical and interview.

When you get the 797 notice stating that the paperwork will be moved on to the embassy in Manila Philippines. Now it’s time to get your fiancé ready for her physical and interview. When I got my wife’s notice and the appointment for the embassy for her interview and physical I had sent her to her family doctor two weeks before her physical. You ask why? Yes she does get a physical in the embassy but I do this physical with her doctor before they go to the embassy because if there is any infections or something going on at that time the doctors have time to get it cleared up for her physical and embassy. If you do not do this and she goes to the embassy and has some sort of infection like yeast infection, or bladder infection, they will not pass her on the physical and she will have to go back and take it over. So just take more time and more money to do so get the physical and interview the first time it will save you time and money.

She will get a packet in the mail from the embassy in Manila and she will have some paperwork to do. She may need your assistance to help with the state’s you may want to do it over the phone or over chat on the Internet. There will be a document stating that she will need her NSO of no marriage and she will need her NBI clearance. The MBI clearance was state if she had any type of criminal record. When she gets her packet will be a document in their stating she has to take the class with the Philippines government before she can get her visa. While she is waiting to go to the embassy she can go to this class stating on the notice what cities she can go to take this class. Your fiancé needs to go take this class before the embassy and it will save time.

While your fiancée is getting all these things done is time for you to send the packet that you had ready when you filled out the application for the visa. Send this packet to your fiancée. And make sure that she takes it with her to the interview. The official at the embassy that conducts the interview last for this packet and the packet that they sent to your fiancée. So you need to make sure that she has everything in order and filled out properly.

When your fiancé is at the embassy in her interview if there is questions and she does not understand she needs to state please rephrase the question I do not understand. Do not answer any questions that she does not understand. If the question is not answered properly they can deny her visa so it is very important for her to understand the questions at the one conducting the interview is asking.

If you do all the things that I stated in this article with your fiancé she will give through the physical and interview in the embassy very quickly. 10 days after the interview she will receive her visa. When she receive her visa and you can make arrangements for her airplane ride to the nearest city with an airport that where you live in the US.

All Filipinas good luck with the interview and physical.

The visa guy

Ladies in the Philippines sometimes make bad choices to just like the American women do at times. And they get involved with the Filipino man who treated her badly gets pregnant and have a child then the man leaves and she all alone to raise the child. Things like this happen now and then in the Philippines to just like some Americans, anybody can make bad mistake and have to deal with it afterwards. We as Americans make bad mistakes a few times in our lives.

You have to remember to Filipino people are very forgiving very understanding that is their culture. They do not like conflict or bad interruptions in a relationship. If you’re an American with a fiancée with a child and you don’t understand the process that K-1 fiancée visas e-mail me through this website and I will help you.

I have gotten e-mails and Filipinas in the Philippines and are talking with American men that I don’t think they understands the system. You communicate with somebody from the Philippines and sometime later in your communications you decide that you would like to bring her to the US for marriage it is a half to go to the Philippines to meet them in person before you start the process that is a requirement of United States immigration service and citizenship. Remember guys if you don’t jump through their hoops and do all the requirements they want it would just make it more miserable for you to get her here.

If you are a veteran and you think you can go through the Veterans Administration for them to do this process I do believe that you are wrong. You’re no longer in the military personnel you are a civilian that treated just like anyone else taught in any wars. And you will have to go through the process the same as any servility has to. In my earlier postings I have put in there all the requirements that you need to get these ladies to the US. You read it over and do it step by step I can assure you it possibly very minimal future when understand the process and you need to hire somebody to do it like my service Filipino Visa 123.com.

Here at FilipinoVisa123.com we know the process well we done it many times very successfully in the four years we have been doing this we have never had one problem getting someone here. Fiancée visa will take you six months minimum sometimes more if there’s a backup at the embassy. Our services are very reasonable we are right now in the process of changing websites but if you contact us through this website if you would like our services through our contact page I will get back with you immediately.

Lady you choose to go see and meet for the first time in the Philippines she has children you have to remember that the child under 18 must come to the US with their mother. If you do not bring them here in the US at the same time as the mother you will have a lot more red tape and more paperwork and a long period of time getting your period.

While you’re doing the paperwork to bring your fiancée you must do the same information for the child as you do for your fiancée that would be the G- 325-A has to be signed at the same time as your lady signs her.

If you do not choose to bring the child or children over at the same time you have to remember what you’re trying to get them over here later the immigration maylook at this and wonder why you didn’t bring him here at the same time. This just throws up red flags for immigration and will make your process much longer and much more red tape. You need to understand bring the whole family, mother and children at the same time very important. You just have to do all the same documents for children as you do for the mother.

Make sure you get pictures of the children at the same time as you do with the mother and try to have them all in the same picture with your arm around your fiancée. These pictures are part of the qualifications and immigration has set up proof of you being in the Philippines and meet them in person. So don’t forget to do these and if they have children make sure you get the passport pictures of the children also four of each.

Have a good time in the Philippines.

All comments are welcome

Have a good day the Visa guy

Talking with an old friend last week, he was complaining about his American girlfriend. He said he needed to get rid of her because she was very demanding. It was very hard to keep her happy know matter what he did. Now she wanted to take her life savings and put into a store in one of my friends buildings. But he had to remodel the building for her at his expense.

I told my friends it’s not hard to get rid of her if you’re not married. Yes American women are very demanding and can never keep them happy. But all you have to do is to say goodbye don’t come back.

Then my friend started to ask me things about ladies from the Philippines and asked me if I thought that is the way. I said yes, if you would like someone that will respect you and treat you good that would be the way to go. My friend asked? why it is so easy to find a good life time partner in the Philippines? I replied that those ladies and amend are looking for a better life than what they would have there in the Philippines. The Philippines is a very poor country and if they want a better life they need to go to a different country. And before I could finish what I was saying my friend said so they’re just looking for a sugar daddy to pay their ways.

I told my friend that was not very nice and he was looking at it the wrong way. These ladies are brought up to serve their husband to respect there family’s. That their life would not be whole until they got married. They’re not looking for a husband that will give them everything they want. That most Filipinas come to the US and get married work a full-time job like their husband. And to contribute to the families financial needs their not looking for a sugar daddy like my friend replied.

He could only experience going to the Philippines and spending some time there may be he can realize that what he said was so very wrong. Philippines is a place that didn’t lose a culture of life like we had once here in the United States. And may keep the culture even when they move away from the Philippines. Here in the United States but the Filipinos I’ve noticed if one has problems financially spiritually or just being treated badly that they will all get together and help them. We use to have this same type culture in the United States back 100 years ago but we don’t have it now. Maybe people like my friend could learn a little something from the Filipino culture.

The times that I’ve spent in the Philippines is about the only country that I know that you can go to and everybody has a smile on their face even though they may not have food to put on their table that night. But they respect the other people around them and are tributes to. We don’t have that here in the United States not with the people who are raised here for generations.

Comments and questions are very welcome

Two weeks ago their was a sporting event, a boxing mach between Pacquiao and Mosley in LasVegas NV. Here where we live is far from LasVegas so we get the fit on paper view. Now Pacquiao is a Filipino boxer and I may say a very good one at that. Pacquiao as become a legend with the Filipinos people through out the world. You may say that is the Filipinos hero! Why hero? Well it is not just that the people from the Philippines who look up to Pacquiao but he does a lot of good there in the Philippines to help people with a helping hand if needed. Every time Pacquiao fights we have a party to watch the fight. It is as much fun to which the Filipino women and men during the fight as the fight. I would say it is very amusing and funny to watch Filipina ladies box along with Pacquiao. I would put a video of the women at these parties for people to see how funny they are to the camcorder is having problems downloading to the computer. I think Pacquiao could see the women at these parties and how they box along as a key would be very proud to see how loyal fans that he really has.

I have seen Pacquiao fight on pay-per-view several times I do have to admit I wouldn’t want to step in the ring with him. In some of his fights I have seen Pacquiao hit his opponent to three times before the opponent could react. I would say that Pacquiao is faster than Greece lightning.

Pacquiao Is now a representative for the people in the Philippines in the Filipino government .Pacquiao is very loyal to his fans what I’ve heard and read about him and I think he will do very well as representative of move into higher positions in the years to come. I think Pacquiao will do many good things for his fans that would be pretty much everyone in the Philippines and every Filipino throughout the world.

I do think that Pacquiao has the biggest competition in his life ahead of hem. If he can perform as well as a government as he does in the boxing ring you allow the Filipino people at his side the rest of his life. What I hear about Pacquiao that he is kind and respectful to all. That is how Pacquaio kept his position in the boxing ring and with all his fans throughout the world. The next flight that I see him play than I will make sure you get a video of the women and how they box along. To end the article that I have about Pacquaio’s next flight. Maybe if Pacquiao would happen to Read this blog he was like what he would see is quite humorous.

Pacquaio keep up all the good work and I look forward to see you in your next match trained well to work the cramps out of your legs.

Comments are welcome

Filipinos have a much different culture then what we do here in the United States. Here in the United States from a young child always have their own bed if it may be a bassinet, crib, or a small bed in their own room. Growing up the children and adults have a place to have their own space at some time. We live in a society where people can afford a larger house that may have two, three or four bedrooms and some times more. And most people here in the US can afford to have vehicles and maintain them and put gas in.

Our society today here in the US is not like it was 50 years ago. In one time and family did many things together. And always had get-togethers with other relatives and friends. Some farmers would even have barn raising parties where they would get together and build a barn our house for a neighbor. Now days our society has gotten away from everything such as that. Mostly because of the cost of living here now. In the US it takes a husband and wife to make a living. And we’re so busy after works with their children in different activities that we don’t have time to get in groups spend time together.

The Filipinos from a baby on like us in the United States. Have no means to afford a house with more than one room may be one room and a bedroom. Very few families in the Philippines grew up in a large house. The ones that do come from a wealthy family and can afford a large home. But most cannot afford big nice houses most can only afford small houses are even grass hut’s. From a baby in Filipinos sleep in the same bed with their parents until children get to be much older it may be five or six people in one bed. As children get older and they make beds for them on the floors or maybe build another room onto the house and sleep as many six children in one room. This is how Filipinos come to the culture of being groups. And taken them out of their groups puts them in a whole different atmosphere and they may not know how to deal with.

Some Filipinos that move to other countries get out of their element groups. Some get very depressed and can’t handle. Not liking the area where they don’t understand anything about the country where they are living at that time. Some even return back to the Philippines are more comfortable and not go back to the country that they were at. Statistics say that it takes two years for someone to adjust going to another country. And it also takes two years for a husband and wife to adjust to new marriage. When you take two years moving to another country two years adjusting to a marriage and put it all into two years instead of four that is pretty overwhelming. It is very understanding how the Filipino or anyone for that matter moving to a new country and getting married make it through without getting depressed and lonesome for the environment they grew up in.

Filipinos are very close family orientated people they all work together and put their money together to be able to live. They cannot always afford simple things that we would take for granted like refrigerators, gas stoves, washers, dryers, chest of drawers, closet or even a suitcase to put their clothes into.

Some Filipinos go to other countries to work to help support their families back in the Philippines. To help their family have a little bit better life. They’re in the Philippines the average person that works there makes average of $6000-$8000 US dollars a year.

You plan on bringing a Filipina or Filipino over to the United States for marriage and to live here as a permanent resident. Well you are waiting for the visas to come through you should look for other Filipinos around your area. And look for the Filipinos that speak the same dialogue and come from around the same type of area that the one you bring into the US. This will help them get along much better here in the US. Most Filipino group have all kinds of parties and get-togethers cookouts things like that. They’ll help the one that you bring over here to adjust to the United States much better.

You have to remember someone coming to a different country is very hard for them to adjust especially when the culture is so much different. It takes two years for someone to come to another country to adjust and feels somewhat comfortable. You may have to do everything for her for some time tell she adjust. Like driver her to get groceries to go to the doctor and to do all the things she needs to do the same as if it is in her own country. You find that the Filipinos will not spend a lot of time with a lot of different American people. Or people from whatever country they are moving to. They will spend time with you and your family and other Filipinos. But to help them adjust try to find a group for her or him before they come to the United States so they’ll feel little more comfortable.

The group that she will feel most comfortable with what help you and her they may take her to different areas different places she needs to go and help her do some things she needs to get done to stay here in the US. So when you have hard time in the US and you see she starting to feel depressed you need to have her contact with one of her Filipino friends and to spend some time with them. You will see a big difference in their humor and her moods afterwards.

Going to all the parties that you’ll go to you’ll enjoy the food and meeting other men and women that have married Filipinos. You will find that they’re pretty are a tight knit groups. You may not have ever eaten much of the Filipino foods they are all very good. There is some foods that you may want to stay away from it may not agree with you but there is only one or two items there are foods that you may not like.

You do these things help them along talk with him spend as much time as you can with them and help them learn the ways in the country that they move to or here in the US. You will live a long happy life very great people and they have very good culture just that you have to adjust somewhat yourself. And to try to be very understanding and forgiving like they are.

Feel free to ask questions

There are many men all over the world that look for lifetime partners. And they look and just about every country in the world. Many other entries like South America, Russia, Germany, and most of your European countries have divorce rates higher then the United States. This is something that personally would not be looking for. I’ve been married to American women that can’t hold commitment in a relationship very well at all.

The United States has made it so easy for people to get a divorce that you don’t even have to have a reason to do so. Many other countries are some like the US, countries some of Asian countries like Japan, China, Thailand, Kurt a, that is just a few in Asia that allows divorce. When I went to look for a life time partner in a foreign country I first looked at the foreign countries divorce rate. With the Internet today you can do searches and look for this information of divorce rate for every country. When I looked I looked for countries with very low or no divorce at all.

There is just a few countries in the world with no divorce allowed through the churches or their government. The Philippines is one of these countries the churches don’t like to see divorce and like to keep families together. The Philippines 85% Catholic and the Catholic churches have a big influence on the government laws. You may be able to get an annulment through the Catholic Church, it may take up to 10 years to do so.

Just remember looking for someone for a life time partner in the Philippines has no divorce. So getting involved with someone there in the Philippines that is married but separated from their husbands, the chances of getting that lady to the United States were to many other countries is probably not going to happen if your intentions are to bring them here for a marriage. You will not be able to get a fiancée visa for them if they are married in the Philippines because there is no divorce and just about every country in the world honors that.

Looking for a life time partner in the Philippines is very easily done. You can find a life time partner to exactly what you are looking for if it may be someone that’s very educated, very slender and small. There is many different ways to look, there is many different websites many different programs that you can join. I have known men here in the United States have found their true love in the Philippines through chat rooms, I don’t myself recommend them.

I went through a program where you paid big sum of money to join and it’s a life time membership. It puts you in a magazine that they’ll and also they have ladies on the mailing list that they send your profile to. Then in return ladies that are interested or see your ad in the magazine that are interested in you will write to you.

Programs like this are very good you will get many e-mails and letters through this type of program and you can do your choosing and the ones that you want to write back to the ones that you don’t. I recommend program someone like this because you can take your time and find exactly what you want. This may seem like you’re shopping in a store for particular thing that you really want them to be with you for life. That is true this is what you are looking for you are looking for someone that will be with you the rest of your life someone you can enjoy. So remember take your time chat and write letters and talked with many different ladies before you decide. I recommend taking six months to a year before deciding to go to meet someone in person.

When chatting and writing letters with these ladies, please keep your chatting and writing respectful. These are not real naïve people they don’t like what they are reading from some one that is writing to them or chatting with them you will never hear from them again. Just remember most of these ladies are very religious I brought up that way and brought up to be respectful to others. If you just do that in return you will get along just fine.

Take it slow with them, at first they will be very nervous and will laugh a lot because they are nervous until after you get to know you. That is when you are chatting with them in on cam. Writing to them is not quite like that talking with them on the phone the first time or two it will be that way. I don’t recommend talking with them on the phone until you get to know them a little better through chats on the Internet and letters.

It can be very expensive to call the Philippines if you do not have an overseas plan with your phone company. You can find phone cards that has no overseas connections and you can talk for a limited time for slow is five dollars for 15 minutes. I recommend using them cards to do so but don’t use your cell phone for it comes off your minutes. Use a landline phone or Internet phone to use each calling cards.

But I do recommend getting into a program of some sort to were the ladies write to you first. I worked with many different programs for this some more free some art. If you would like help to do so just e-mail me through my website and I can to help you. I am here to help people to be safe and to find someone that they can enjoy the rest of their life.

There is many different ways to do this very reasonable in price. You don’t have to be rich or spend a lot of money to do this. Just keep reading my blog here and I will teach you the better ways of doing this then spend a lot of money. When I joined the program costs me big dollars, it was a good program but there was a lot of hidden costs and a half to her seeing what person that on this program would do was not good. A lot of these programs when you join include your airfare to the Philippines. That is to Manila to the international airport in the flights from there to wherever this lady may be or what island will cost you extra. And don’t get a program where they have their own resort and they give you so many days free to go to that resort. The ladies that you will see when not go there by herself with you. She will insist on bringing some family members you will have to pay extra for their rooms and meals. That may cost you as high as $125 a day.

Since I belong to a program like, that I have found better ways to do this it is just as effective. So don’t go spend a bunch of money to do this if you have questions or like to learn more to this comment may or e-mail me off my website will help you anyway I can.

He asked a lot of questions, that is for sure, but all very good ones at that.

I will not use his real name so we will call him David. David did not do his taxes for the 4 years he was living in the Philippines and did not file for 5 to 6 years before going to the Philippines.

I am shocked at the passport people. David did not file his taxes for at least 5 years prior to getting a passport. Passports are only good for 10 years so David would have had to get a new passport after 10 years, provided that he had one prior to going to the Philippines. I am very surprised that the IRS did not come after David because I am sure they knew were he was.

Even if David did bring his taxes up to date, he is still considered unstable and a risk. Immigration requires that all of your taxes and diet (?) are up to date and have very stable in averment (?) so that you can support the fiancée or wife you are applying for a visa for, that you have the same job for at least 2 years and make a minimum of $16,000 a year for 2 people, or own property, have a large sum in the bank, have retirement, or an income of some sort.

Now if David had paid his taxes for the past 2 years then asked for my help, he would have been good because he had income that met immigration law requirements & he would have 2 more years on his insurance company settlement. Last I knew was an insurance settlement is considered income and you have to pay taxes on it & that it is replacing the income you have lost from in grey (?). I don’t know if the disability that David received was from insurance like disability or from social security. If it was disability insurance, then David would have to pay taxes on it because it is to replace 60% of his income.

The consulate that David talked with in Manila is right. The husband needs to be the sole sponsor for a marriage visa. You cannot have a co-sponsor because this would indicate that you are financially unstable and unable to support your wife when she gets to the US. I have known immigration to do funny things but I don’t think that this would be one of them. Sometimes a husband and wife from the same country can have a sponsor from the US to live and work there if the sponsor brings them to the US. Most of these types of visas are given to big groups like churches and such. Or if it is a war torn country then they can have a sponsor then there safes if they are both from the some country (not sure what this sentence means).

David needs to be in the US to apply for this visa. He can go back to visit (visit where? The Philippines?) And come back to the US.

If David had an internet business and the money was deposited in a bank in the US and he filed his taxes every year, he could come back to the US, submit the applications and after getting his 797 notice and a starting to praises them (not sure what this sentence means). Then David can go back until he get the next 797 notice and return to the US. Internet businesses can be run anywhere in the world as long as the money is deposited in a bank located in the country where you are applying for the visa. It is income as long it meets the minimum guidelines.

You can file your taxes from the Philippines and if you don’t have them ready to file you can get an extension of 6 months to file but not 4 years. The IRS will allow this extension to file if you are overseas.

  Comments and questions are welcome.

I received an e-mail from a man the other day asking me to do the papers for his wife’s visa to the US. Here is what he wrote:

Hello, I have been living in the Philippines for over the past four years. I am married to a Filipina. I am an American, and was born in the USA. I have not filed any tax forms for over the last 10 YEAR as I been living here in the Philippines. Prior to coming here I did not neither as I was living off a settlement that I had received from an accident. I can provide any of the paper if needed where the insurance company describes the breakdown of how I will be receiving the amount. I got a some up front and 60 payments for the next 5 years in monthly installments. Right after the accident I was also receiving an additional payment from disability. The disability stop after about 3 year or so. The insurance payment was for 5 years no matter. I also sold some property that was in my name 100%.

But I have not filed my tax in probably over 9 to 10 year now total. After the sale of our house here in the Philippines I will be able to meet the 3 year amount. Would I still be able to qualify to be a sponsor 100%?

And if not, what about a man on retirement, he just retired this year in May. Can he use his 2008 tax return even though he is retired? Even on retirement he probably meet the required amount not sure. And will he be put through all kinds of interviews and thing with immigration, he is my step father. I would only be able to ask him to do it if it was not a huge complication on his part. I hear from the consulate in Manila will not be likely to approve sponsors other than the husband is this true? Sorry for so many questions but I just want to be sure that we can get her there when I return to the US. And not have to wait for me to work for a year before apply. The process is long enough once you apply. Last thing we want is to be set back another year from the start. I already talked to my co-sponsor no problem, I would also consider staying here another year with her too as I read it might take a year before the interview. I just want to start the process now either way. After hearing my situation can your company help me to obtain the visa required to get her back to the USA with me? If you need more info please send me question. Also what would my sponsor need to do? Just fill out the I-864 or do you do that if I hire your service?”

Comments and question are welcome.

When you fill this out and have all the Attachments, you will need to seal the envelope and write just below the seal: to be open by embassy staff only.

I will share a little story with you. When I got 797 notices that my wife had an appointment at the US embassy for her physical, I then sent the envelope with all the attachments she would need. During our chat, my fiancée mentioned that I make a lot of money. When I asked her how she knew this, she said that she had peeked into the envelope that I had sent. I thought at the time she was very curious and have a lot of time on her hands and got very curious, so she was tempted to find a little more about me. This is okay because she has a right to know. But it is best if the envelope is sealed and not opened until it is delivered to the embassy to avoid loosing some documents. I wanted to make sure that all the contents were intact for her interview. I had her go the following day to get a new envelope and put all the things back in the envelope and sealed it.So when you put everything in a white envelope and sealed it, you should write on their be opened only by embassy staff.

ments After filling out the I-134, you want to gather all of these attachments to go with:

A copy of you lady’s birth certificate

Four passport photos two of your lady and two of yourself. Be sure that these pictures are signed by each applicant on the back with a black felt tip marker. Do not use ballpoint pen as they will bleed through the documents.

Documents needed in the Philippines.

You will need a money order for $340.00 made payable to BC I S.

Place all of these documents including forms G-325A for you and one for your fiancée’s. You should also include forms I-129-F and I-864 with all these attachments and the attachments that were in part one. Put all of them in a plane white envelope. In the lower right hand corner, write in red attention K-1 visa unit.

Now you need to take one whiter envelope and put all the same attachments in it with the form I-134 and seal the envelope right below the seal to be open by US embassy only. This envelope will be send you your fiancée when you get 797 notice for interview, now money need in this.

Now that you are planning a trip to the Philippines lets talk about cell phones. You may be going for the first time to meet in person that some one or you may be going back to visit family and friends. While there it is very convenient to have a cell phone for you and anyone traveling with you. You can wait until you get to the Philippines to buy a phone or what I found works better is to buy a phone here before you go. This way you will not be wasting vacation time shopping for a phone and as soon as you arrive you can get a SIM for you and you wife/fiancée and stay in communication for your entire vacation. Also I have been able to buy better phones for less money here that work just fine in the Philippine. I have had best luck on Ebay and have bought phones for $15 to over a $100 depending on the options I want. All you need to look for is a phone that is:

1. unlocked, (this is a phone that is not registered to any carrier)

2. quad band, (this will allow the phone to work on the frequencies used in the Philippines)

Here is a good link for info on cell phone frequencies around the world.

http://www.worldtimezone.com/gsm.html

Make sure the phone you buy meets these requirements and you should not have any problems in the Philippines. You simply buy a SIM in the Philippines with a load and you are ready to go. I prefer SUN for the SIM since you can get unlimited mobile to mobile calls but I have heard Globe is now offering the same plans. The SIMs very in price but last I heard it was 750 peso or about $17 dollars for an unlimited mobile to mobile SIM but of course you can get a SIM for 100 peso if all you want to do is text.

You can also get a dual SIM phone if you want to call people from 2 different carriers. There are 3 main carriers in the Philippines. Globe, SUN, and Smart, Globe and Smart have the most towers but SUN will cover all the major metro areas. SUN usually has the best rates but you should check to see what most of here relatives have. Even if you do not have free mobile to mobile the rates from say Globe to Globe are half the price of say Globe to Smart. So check in advance for the best SIM to buy to stay in touch with relatives.

You also can get internet service though the local cell tower by getting an EDGE device for you PC or laptop. The speeds are little better than good dial up at 247k but this is enough for most Email application. And the EDGE can be used throughout the Philippines making it very convenient while visiting relatives. I would suggest getting this in the Philippines since most of these cards are locked to a carrier. Also the card needed will vary from PC to PC.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have

It is good you will go to her country to meet her in person so you can see her culture. That is one of the guidelines that the Immigration requires you meet in person with in the last 2 year of the time you submit the applications for a Fiancée visa.

Just before you get on the plane to go to her country you will need to download and print out these forms G-325-A. Print out 8coppices of the forms to take along with you. You will have to have her sign 4 of these coppices and take them back home with you. Then have her file out two coppices with her information on them. Have her fill out two copies in case she makes a mistake on the first one. Now she has all the information filed out on the two coppices and you can go out and see some of the thing the Philippines as to offer.

When you are out looking around the Philippines go to a photo shop. Then get 4 passport photos of your Fiancée and 4 passport photos of you. Make sure you get a receipt and keep the receipt since you need to send it in with the fiancée visa form.

When you are in the Philippines get a copy of your fiancée birth certificate. Also get her NSO (National Statistics Office) certificate of birth and the NSO of no marriage. Then she will have to get her NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) clearness. She will need this when she goes to the Embassy.

When you are out looking around the Philippines with your Fiancée get at least 5 photos of you and her together preferably with your arm around her. These can be taking while you are enjoying your vacation in the Philippines.

Keep all receipts from hotels and your airline tickets to put with your fiancée forms.

In the next article I will write about filing out the form you need to send to immigration.Tell the next article.

Some thing to watch out for is if there is a Filipina that is married and wants to chat with you to get to know you. You must remember that their is NO divorce in the Philippines and you can not get a fiancée visa for them. So it can very well be a scam it is a scam that is used there from time to time. How it works is they will talk with you for some time and then ask for some money it may be just 50 dollars to start with then get to be more. Or it can be a 100 or 200 dollars and you may not hear from them again.

It has been known for a Filipina to communicate with you for some time and you may also go over to the Philippines to meet her and have a very good time with her. You may even decide to marry. You may give her lots of money to get ready to come to the US. Tell you get the visa for her until she get the notice to go to the Embassy. Then she will not be heard from again and got very much money from you to go to the embassy and to get thing to come to the US.

There is a scam to watch for: Some time a fiancée will like the money you send her and over spend. And some times make up a story that one of her family members are in the hospital and they need money to pay the hospital bill. The money is used to buy thing and have a good time with her friends. There was a man in Wisconsin: I will use the name John and not his real name. John met a Filipina on line and went over to the Philippines to see her and when he was there they got engaged to marry. John would send a little money to her to buy some cloths and thing she needed. She like that some she told John one day that her Father was in the hospital and they needed money to pay the bills. So John did not have the money to send she needed. John would sale thing in his house so he can send the money to her. And when she got her visa and come to the US to John. They went home to John’s house and she said “where is all your furniture”. John said I had to sale it to pay for hospital bill for your father. Then she told John what she did with the money. She was going out and have spent the money on her friends and to buy thing for her self and to eat out.

She has been a bad Filipina at the time. She then got a job and help buy the furniture for the house. She learn that it was not good thing to lie to John to just get the money to have a good time with friend before she come to the US. They did get married and live a good life there in Wisconsin and she has been very good since that.

Some times we can make mistakes by getting thing you have never been able to do be for because you did not have the mean to do so. And want more so you lie to get more and find out it only hurts you in the end.

How to see if she is not lying is to ask for the name of the hospital and the name of the city it is located at. Then get on the internet and get the phone number and call the hospital to see if that person is there.

How do you stay away from them scams just remember there is NO DIVORCE in the Philippines. And I can not stress this enough DO NOT SEND MONEY. It may be ok to send some for her to get on the internet but do not send no more then 25 dollars a month.

You can send them money after you have met them in person and have getting engaged to marry. I s that you make a limit what to send to her each month tell her visa come through. When I got engaged with my wife I send limit of 200 dollars each month she would get no more. This money I would send each month was to pay for her Doctor and Dental work that needed to be done. And for some shopping for some clothing. Remember the Philippines is a very poor Country and they don’t have the money to buy much clothing. When they go to the embassy then you will have to give them some more to pay for the hotel room and the interview.

If someone tells you that they already have a visa and they just need the money to get to you. That is a VERY BIG SCAM AND DON’T DO IT.

The only way they can get this type of visa is if you apply for it yourself. It is very hard for someone to get a visa to the US they have to have an interview at the embassy and physical and a sponsor to do so.

So watch out for scam and have fun emailing and chatting with a good Filipina. And don’t get mix-up with married women. There are many good single Filipina that would be very happy to communicate to get to know you.

This is some thing to watch for that can be scams from all countries not just for the Philippines. All of the thing you have to do for visa is for all countries not just one country but for all countries.

In my next article I will talk about the paper you will need to take to the Philippines for your fiancée to file out and some of the thing you will need to get there.

Comments and question are welcome.

Why do so many men go to the Philippines to look a life time partner? I will tell a little about my story. Why did I go to the Philippines to look a life time partner? I got a divorced in 2000 from a lady I was married to for 13 year. I was not taking this will because I add lost just about ever thing I worked for in my life. I went until 2005 just not liking women much at all. To me they seemed they didn’t take commitment very serious. I did look in the US to see what there is out there for good women. I knew that looking in the Bars I would only find women like I had for 13 year I knew I didn’t want that. I looked in my church for some time, in public gathering, restrains, and at the company I worked at. But all I can find is women to young, or already married, or have 5 children by 5 different fathers. I know I didn’t want to get involved with any of these situations.

One day I was in a truck stop in Fort Wayne Indiana in the winter of 2005. I seen a place mat at the table I was seating at to eat my lunch. It said “looking for a life time mate that will stay with you for life for more information call this number”.

I did call and got a packet in the mail and I read it over and it told me some of why the women in the Philippines will stay with you. It told me that the women in the Philippines are brut up to serve the man. Will this is true some but it is not all. The women in the Philippines are raised to honor and respect their family. The women are called Filipina they are taught from a very young age to respect. When I talk respect I mean this type of respect. A good Filipina would not ever ask a stranger for money or would be with him with out a chaperone. This is disrespect to their family and if their family and friend would know about them doing so. It would make a big emotional strain on her. And to leave there husband would by a big disrespect to there family and they may be disowned and maybe treated like an outcast.

You ask why the family would do that. In the Philippines it is 80% catholic and it is the old type catholic and don’t believe in divorce. And in the Philippines there is no divorce low there so you can not get a divorce at all in the Philippines. You can move to another country and get a divorce but you are sill married in the Philippines.

The Filipinos are very devoted to there family and very family oriented and believe that the family must stay together. If the Filipina lives here in the US they will stay with you because of the respect of you and their family. The Filipinas that marry some one from the US and lives here in the US with her husband. There is about 7% divorce of Filipina and Americans divorces here in the US.

So how can you meet a good Filipina? You can go to a website call Filipina heart it is a good website and you can get on the website for a fee and find someone there. There are many fee website also to go to. Just remember the Philippines is just like all other country’s there is good and bad people there to just like the US.

I will have more on how to stay away from scams in my next article.
